With a long-term investment impact forecast of £770 million by 2039 and a goal of delivering 4,450 new homes, this is a major economic stimulus for the Welsh property market.
A second phase of the Green Development Incentive has also been announced, offering lower cost loans for more thermally efficient, lower-carbon homes. These progressive policies underline the government’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth.
