At SECUREIT, we’re proud to be a family-run business, and on International Women’s Day 2025, we want to shine a light on two incredible women who help keep everything running smoothly— founding partner Helen Popham and her daughter Tia’leon Popham.
As Finance Director of the total fire and security solutions company, Helen ensures the financial stability and growth of SECUREIT, playing a vital role in our continued success. Her dedication and expertise keep us on track and ready for the future. Meanwhile, Tia’leon, our Administrative Assistant, is an essential part of the team, bringing organisation and efficiency to our daily operations. She covers many business critical activities from dealing with sales inquiries, to monitoring our customers’ CCTV camera feeds in the Bridgend head office monitoring room.
Their hard work, professionalism, and commitment make a huge difference, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them as part of the SECUREIT family.
