Thinking of Moving? Visit Morgans Walk for a Fresh Start This Spring
With spring well and truly here and the days getting lighter, there’s no better time to start thinking about a fresh chapter—and for many, that begins with a new home. At SECUREIT, we’re proud to support Persimmon Homes by being an approved supplier of site security solutions in South Wales.
A development that not only enjoys 24/7 site security, but one that’s caught our eye for all the right reasons, is Morgans Walk in Pontyclun.
Just a short drive from our head office near Bridgend, Morgans Walk is a fantastic example of quality housebuilding in action. The development offers a variety of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, including detached, semi-detached, end terrace, and mid terrace options—perfect for everyone from first-time buyers and growing families to those looking to downsize.
Not only are the homes finished to a high standard, but the location also offers excellent local amenities, green open spaces, and great transport links along the M4 — making it a highly attractive place to settle down.
As a company focused on protecting homes and businesses, we can’t help but admire the build quality, care, and craftsmanship that goes into these properties. We’ll be heading over soon ourselves for some home move inspiration, and we highly recommend that you do the same.
“It’s fantastic to see new communities being built with such care and attention to detail,” says Philip Popham, Managing Director of SECUREIT. “Homes like the ones at Morgans Walk represent the kind of quality that makes South Wales a truly great place to live. We’re proud to play a role in supporting the security of these developments and welcome housing of this calibre to our region.”
Whether you’re actively looking to move or just curious about what’s out there, a visit to Morgans Walk could be the start of something exciting. Head over, take a look around, and imagine your future in one of these stunning new homes.
