At SECUREIT, one of the fastest growing fire prevention and CCTV security providers in Wales, we believe in taking time to reflect, regroup and re-energise. Last week, our board and senior management team came together for a strategy away day — and what a day it was.

We gathered at the Celtic Manor Resort, a setting that couldn’t have been more fitting. Like SECUREIT, Celtic Manor is a long-standing family-founded business, known for excellence and innovation. With customers and team members located along the full stretch of the Welsh M4 corridor, it served as the perfect central location — and the ideal backdrop for forward-thinking discussions.

The purpose of the day was twofold: to celebrate the exceptional growth achieved during the 2024/25 financial years, and to lay the groundwork for maintaining that upward trajectory in the year ahead. Under blue skies and surrounded by world-class facilities, we reflected on milestones, challenged ourselves with bold ideas, and aligned on ambitious goals.

The outcome? A refreshed vision, a laser sharp focused leadership team, and a roadmap full of exciting developments that will not only shape the future of SECUREIT but also set new benchmarks across the security sector in Wales.
