We don’t know what’s more surprising right now—this beautiful stretch of sunny weather here in South Wales, or how many people still think solar-powered CCTV can’t handle the good old British climate!

At SECUREIT, we’ve got good news for anyone wondering whether solar security works in the UK: it absolutely does—and it works brilliantly. Whether the sun’s blazing or the clouds are back in town, our AI-enhanced, solar-powered mobile CCTV towers are keeping sites safe, secure, and sustainable.

Rain or Shine, Security You Can Trust
Sure, we love days like this—blue skies, white fluffy clouds, and just enough sun to feel smug about leaving your coat at home. But even when the weather’s doing what it usually does, our solar-powered towers are designed to keep working. Today’s tech means they can capture energy from daylight (not just direct sunlight) and store it up with powerful batteries for use day or night.

Smarter Tech. Cleaner Power. Fewer Surprises.
With over 1,500 daylight hours per year in the UK, there’s more than enough juice to keep your site protected 24/7. And because we combine low-power, AI-enabled cameras with efficient solar and battery storage, you get smart security that’s both powerful and eco-friendly.

The Flexible Security Your Site Needs
Whether you’re securing a construction site, rural land, vacant building, or a summer event, our mobile towers go wherever you need them. No cabling. No fuel. No faff. Just quick deployment, remote monitoring, and total peace of mind.

“Even British weather can’t stop us,” says Philip Popham, Managing Director at SECUREIT. “Our solar towers deliver reliable, round-the-clock protection while helping businesses cut emissions and costs. The long term forecast is definitely safe and secure for SECUREIT’s solar powered customers.”
